These include, but are not limited to, persistent fever (lasting longer than 48 hours) greater than 102°F or a persistent low-grade fever, severe shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, continuous pain or pressure in the chest, severe coughing spells or coughing up blood, irregular heartbeat, confusion, blue lips or face, dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling too weak to stand, feeling very tired or lethargic, slurred speech or seizures, persistent vomiting or diarrhea, or feeling not well enough to stay home.

We have always been very cautious in our efforts to keep our office clean, however, due to the ongoing COVID-19 concerns, we are taking extra steps to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our highest priority is to continue to disinfect the office after all patient visits. 

 We will remain open and be ready to treat your medical needs. The online appointment access has been disabled at this time. If you need an appointment please give us a call. We are also offering telephone/FaceTime visits. Please be reassured that we have COVID-19 screening protocols in place. 

We are receiving a supply of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. We are currently scheduling patients AGE 18 and OLDER. We are following the CDC and state guidelines. We are contacting our patients via email to ask if they would like to get the vaccine. If you are a current patient at Regency Medical Center and are AGE 18 OR OLDER, please respond to the email or call the office at 847-726-0774 to schedule your vaccination. You can get more information as to which vaccination stage the State of IL is in as well as answers to other questions about COVID19 prevention and vaccine at this link: CDC.gov. We currently offer molecular rapid COVID-19 test. Please wear your mask and stay healthy!

INDIVIDUALS MAY HAVE COVID-19 TESTING FULLY PAID BY THEIR HEALTH PLAN OR THE GOVERNMENT, WITH NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST, WHEN BILLED TO THE HEALTH PLAN OR THE GOVERNMENT.

However, individuals also have the right to have testing that they do not wish to submit to insurance or the government for reimbursement. For such individuals only, Regency Medical Center provides an alternative option for those who want to pay directly for the testing and do not want to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier or the government. You understand that Services obtained at Regency Medical Center will be solely your financial responsibility (Starting at $80).
